Antique Show weeks:

All reservations for the weeks of the Antique Show are required to be a prepaid full deposit and is non-refundable.

All other reservations:

Other reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of the total stay. Balance is due upon arrival.

Deposit amounts are due within seven days to confirm all reservations.

Room payment for Antique Show Weeks are non-refundable.

Your deposit minus a handling fee will be happily refunded or applied to new date if cancellation is received two(2)weeks prior to arrival date.
